MC220  2-Axis Breakout Controller with USB 2.0 Interface

Overview
The MC220 MM160 is a 2-axis bipolar 3.5A per phase stepper motor controller/driver combination with onboard ATxmega256A4U processor running a version of tinyg.  Tinyg is an open source six-axis G Code Control application with jerk compensation.  The tinyg port to the MC220 adds support to handle addition axis by assigning output signals to free digital IO pins.  The MC220 accepts five limit switch inputs and has four auxiliary open collector outputs.  The MM160 is a bipolar stepper motor driver based on the popular TB6560 driver.  Each of the two MM160's can be individually configured with an onboard DIP switch that selects step, decay  and torque mode.  The MC220 is powered by the USB 2.0 interface.  Additional hardware is on the board to support two quadrature input channels enabling optical or magnetic linear position sensor to return current position in real time.
